Hi, we are Laurence and Kate. Kate is a model, actress and art gallery owner. Laurence is a diplomat, journalist and writer,. We've travelled extensively and love the idea of short-term holiday rentals. Our property is very large, with two self-contained accommodation areas, and we've hosted hundreds of holiday makers in The Otway Haven and The Otway Nest. As well as the usual high-end features, we've included many 'little thoughtful touches' that on our travels, have made a real difference on our stays. Kate is an art gallery owner, model, and actress. Laurence is a journalist, diplomat, academic and consultant advising clients on international affairs, including investing, diplomacy and security issues. We love having guests stay in our special accommodation spaces .... and we'd like you to join us. We are usually in the main house or out working in the gardens; feel free to ask us for anything, though otherwise we won't disturb you.

The Otway Nest is next to the Great Otway National Park, an ancient and immense rainforest. Within easy driving there are dozens of waterfalls, walking and cycling trails, the beaches ands beauty and townships of the Great Ocean Road, and many fine shops, restaurants and cafes.
